An Accessible Bathroom Remodel in Centennial, CO

This Centennial remodel was about staying home for the long run. The owners wanted a bathroom that would be safe and comfortable as they age in place, without looking like a hospital room.

We built a curbless, barrier-free walk-in shower with a teak fold-down bench, a handheld sprayer alongside a rain head, and discreetly placed grab bars. The zero-threshold entry means no step to navigate, now or later.

Soft gray tile, a warm wood vanity, and quartz counters keep the room feeling like a spa rather than a medical space. Every accessibility feature is built in quietly, so the bath is beautiful first and functional throughout.

It is proof that aging-in-place design and good design are the same thing when it is done right.
